Job Details

We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects in Grand Rapids and Detroit. In this role, you will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities include

Planning and scheduling daily construction activities. Supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflows. Conducting regular site inspections to uphold safety protocols and building codes. Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and keep projects on track. Maintaining detailed progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and project management principles. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in Grand Rapids (49503) or Detroit (48226), with potential travel between sites.
