What You'll Be Doing:
- Rebuilding residential and light commercial spaces after water, fire, or storm damage
- Installing drywall, flooring, trim, cabinetry, and paint with attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Collaborating with project managers and teammates to meet timelines and exceed client expectations
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and professional job site every day
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience in residential/light commercial construction
- Solid skills in drywall, framing, paint, finish carpentry, and repairs
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and commitment to doing the job right
- The ability to work independently and communicate clearly
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Comfortable navigating technology
