Must have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field. Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Engineer. Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have included the following: 1) Plan and inspect construction sites; 2) Monitor and enforce construction standards; and 3) Prepare daily project/budget reports.
