Lead key construction administration efforts for a major project located within two hours of Montgomery, AL
Work initially from the Montgomery office before transitioning to a full-time on-site role

How You Will Make An Impact:
Serve as the primary on-site construction administrator for a major architectural project
Lead and oversee a team of on-site administrators and consultants throughout the construction phase
Conduct quality assurance reviews of construction documents and mentor junior staff
Facilitate and manage pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, including responding to contractor inquiries
Review contractor schedules, pay requests, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance
Attend and contribute to construction and OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings
Lead site visits, create detailed field reports, and coordinate resolution of construction issues
Review and respond to schedule deviations, material testing reports, and inspection findings
Manage ASIs (Architects Supplemental Instructions), PRs (Proposal Requests), and Change Orders
Conduct final inspections, lead punch list development and close-out procedures including record document reviews
Are You a Construction Administration Rock Star?
10+ years of experience in construction administration or related field
Proven ability to lead teams and resolve construction conflicts effectively
Strong communication and organizational skills for managing clients, contractors, and internal teams
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management platforms such as Procore (or similar)
Skilled in interpreting and reviewing construction schedules, budgets, and technical documentation
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
