Position Summary:
Clark Bros., Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Administrator to support daily operations at the Gonzaga Ridge Windfarm jobsite. This role is an essential part of the project team and will be onsite every day to assist with administrative tasks, part and material runs, coordination support, and other duties to help keep the job running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document organization, and tracking
  • Run errands and pick up/deliver parts, materials, or documents as needed
  • Assist with timecard collection, daily logs, and jobsite reporting
  • Maintain office supplies and help coordinate deliveries
  • Support communication between the field and office teams
  • Help coordinate meetings, inspections, and visitor access
  • Ensure compliance with site safety policies and help maintain a clean and organized jobsite office

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in construction or administrative support preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Personal cell phone with ability to communicate during working hours
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment daily
Hourly Rate: $26
