Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager, you will be part of the production management team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager 5

Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Pay Range:   $72.30-$79.52 on Experis W2

Contract - 18 months

What's the Job?

Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems. Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, and maintenance to detect production problems. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personal grievances. Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within production. Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques. Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
