Job Title: Construction Field Service Coordinator
Location: Omaha, Nebraska Salary: $50-75K plus bonus Job Summary of the Construction Field Service Coordinator: Join our team as a Field Service Coordinator in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Field Service Team by estimating small service jobs, coordinating with customers and sales teams, processing orders and invoices, communicating with technicians and sub-contractors, and managing short-term projects to completion. Collaborating with the Service Business Specialist and Field Service Manager, you will support the current and future growth of our services.
Qualifications of the Construction Field Service Coordinator:
o Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
o Construction industry background is beneficial.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
o Experience in bidding, customer service, and field technician deployment.
o Ability to read blueprints and analyze business information.
o Strong presentation and customer service skills. Responsibilities of the Field Service Coordinator:
o Support service opportunities across the Americas.
o Handle customer requests, provide pricing and availability, and follow up on quotes and orders.
o Collaborate with customers to determine project specifications and provide technical support.
o Update customer records, maintain project details, and coordinate service jobs.
o Conduct outbound calls and emails for follow-up and business development.
o Occasional travel for trade shows or customer visits may be required.
