Represent the Company towards other parties on the construction site, including clients, local authorities, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop a detailed construction work schedule aligned with project timelines. Conduct technical reviews and evaluate contractor proposals, preparing comprehensive Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE). Coordinate and contribute to the preparation phase prior to construction, including contractor selection, pre-qualification, and review of technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements. Monitor construction activities performed by Construction Supervisors and contractors, providing technical guidance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Support the HSE Manager in promoting site health, safety, and environmental activities, and assist in developing and updating the Site Safety Plan. Ensure Quality Assurance and Quality Control by defining and updating the CCMP and ITP, performing inspections, managing non-conformances, and requesting quality controls from contractors. Organize the reception, inspection, and handover of equipment and materials to contractors. Provide weekly construction reports, updating on site progress, HSE performance, and quality control. Create and maintain project schedule updates and ensure proper documentation and archiving of project records. Manage IP protection on site and facilitate the Construction–Commissioning Interface (CCI) process. Collect lessons learned during construction and participate in review sessions. Propose updates to codes and standards related to construction works. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, or civil) or higher.
