We are seeking a Construction Site Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to learn, is proactive and has a great attitude! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure that all projects and developments are meeting their deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation * Allocate resources for assigned projects * Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors * Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients * Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs * Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications * Invoicing * Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment * Document preparation and Submission * Placing orders
