Falken Industries is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Site Security Manager to lead security efforts on a large-scale construction project located in Aurora, Colorado . This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in dynamic and high-risk environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols, managing personnel, and ensuring compliance with federal security regulations. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours in a heavy construction setting . Oversee all aspects of site security operations for a significant classified construction project. Lead daily activities of on-site security staff, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain robust security training programs for both new hires and existing personnel. Manage access control systems and oversee the accreditation process for site personnel and visitors. Act as the key point of contact between Falken Industries, client representatives, and government security officials. Create and manage shift schedules and personnel assignments efficiently. Conduct inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols. Respond to and effectively manage incidents, security breaches, or emergencies as they arise. Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting of all security-related activities. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in site security management, particularly in classified or high-value construction projects. Prior experience on construction sites is mandatory. Demonstrated ability in training personnel and implementing security and safety programs . Strong leadership and management skills , with experience overseeing diverse teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive background check , including potential government vetting for TS/SCI clearance .
