1) To manage construction team at construction site, inspecting ongoing project works and overseeing work activities that carried out on construction site. 2) Keep track of the project progress to ensure works are carried out according to safe work practise and follow local construction industry guidelines. 3) Experience and familiar with local construction industry practise, especially construction works for HDB projects. 4) Manage and oversee daily activities of construction projects, monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. 5) Other ad-hoc task with related to projects. Requirements 1) Must be analytical individual with strong leadership skills and able to provide clear instructions and work under pressure. 2) Must possess relevant qualifications in local construction industry. 3) Familair and experieced with work procedures for HDB Projects as well as others structural works. 4) At least 5 years of working experience as Construction Supervisor in construction of HDB project.
