Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for: Providing overall administrative and technical management at the construction project site. Managing all on-site construction activities including, self-perform labor, subcontractors, and consultants. Administration of the jobsite safety program and quality management. Overall schedule coordination and supervision. The Successful Applicant
The right Superintendent has the following qualifications: 7-15+ years of experience in the construction industry Strong background in large-scale hospital / healthcare projects Bachelors' degree in Construction Management MA CSL, OSHA 10, OSHA 30 Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively Ability to work with and manage multiple people Understands building plans and specs Safety standards knowledge and enforcement Proficiency with construction management software Thorough knowledge of Corporate/Industry Safety standards Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment A track record of successfully delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget Working knowledge of CPM schedule, cost report and labor production report Thorough knowledge of corporate quality program and subcontract language What's on Offer
