We are representing a well-established general contractor looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Superintendent to oversee high-end commercial construction projects, with a focus on hospitality and restaurant environments. This is an on-site leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance from project inception through to completion. What Youll Do: Take the lead on-site from groundbreaking to grand opening. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections with precision. Keep things moving manage schedules, problem-solve, and keep teams aligned. Maintain daily reports, run site meetings, and drive safety culture. Ensure a clean, efficient, and well-organized jobsite. What Youll Bring: 5+ years' experience leading construction for luxury hotels or upscale restaurants. Deep understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Strong plan reading skills and proficiency with Procore (or similar platforms). Great communicator who leads from the front and solves issues fast. Why This Role?
