The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience and a strong background in coordinating site operations, subcontractors, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with building codes. Maintain project schedules, documentation, and reporting. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers. Conduct site inspections and resolve construction challenges. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of management experience in commercial construction. Strong expertise in retail and restaurant construction. Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
