Trillium Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent for a commercial interior remodel in Westerville, OH. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to roll into a full-time role upon project completion.

Project Scope: Interior retrofit/remodel of an older downtown church building General commercial remodel experience required; occupied renovation experience preferred Duration: 812 weeks to start, with possible extension or full-time conversion Target start date: Late August to September 8th Requirements: Experience with commercial remodels, especially interior or retrofit projects OSHA 10 or 30 certified Familiarity with Procore and MS Project Must be able to coordinate with Sr PM and Project Executive (12 video or in-person interviews) Local candidates strongly preferred; open to candidates based in Ohio or nearby states (KY, PA, IN, MI) Compensation & Support: Up to $45/hr $35/day food per diem when traveling Lodging covered when traveling Mileage reimbursement (no company vehicle/allowance) Gas card, $50 cell phone stipend, and company computer provided If you have experience supervising commercial remodels and are open to short-term or contract-to-hire roles, wed love to speak with you!
