Were working with a well-established General Contractor in Tampa, Florida, seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multi-family residential and mixed-use construction projects from the ground up through to high-end tenant improvements (TI). This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident managing subcontractors, schedules, and site safety from start to finish. The Role: As Superintendent, youll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for delivering high-quality multi-family projects on time and on budget. Youll coordinate closely with the Project Manager, oversee all on-site activity, and ensure quality, safety, and communication remain top priorities throughout the construction lifecycle.
