Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, corporate, and light industrial industries. The role focuses on overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address challenges and keep projects on track.

  • Track project timelines, budgets, and labor performance, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.

  • Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all workers.

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure all work aligns with the design and requirements.

  • Handle key documentation, including change orders, construction schedules, and monthly billing updates.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of progressive field experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.

  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field can substitute for up to 4 years of experience.

  • Strong knowledge of construction systems, including mechanical and electrical components.

  • Skilled in using project management tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience creating and managing schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
