Construction Superintendent - Commercial

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, corporate, and light industrial industries. The role focuses on overseeing on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address challenges and keep projects on track.
Track project timelines, budgets, and labor performance, ensuring timely updates and adjustments as needed.
Enforce safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all workers.
Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, prioritizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
Interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure all work aligns with the design and requirements.
Handle key documentation, including change orders, construction schedules, and monthly billing updates.
Requirements: At least 8 years of progressive field experience in construction, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field can substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of construction systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
Skilled in using project management tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience creating and managing schedules, budgets, and financial reports.
