Job Description

Oversee all phases of data center construction from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery. Lead onsite safety initiatives and quality control processes. Collaborate closely with MEP teams to assist with installation and commissioning activities. Facilitate communication between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a superintendent on data center projects valued at $80M or more
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and MEP systems
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum under pressure
• Commitment to safety and quality with a proactive approach to challenges
