Job Description
Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Manage materials, equipment, and labor to optimize project efficiency. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams to ensure high-performance standards. Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns effectively.
