Manage on-site construction activities and lead field personnel to meet project goals

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes

Coordinate daily subcontractor activities and deliveries to maintain schedules

Communicate regularly with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors

Monitor progress and resolve issues that arise in the field

Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and inspection records

Profile

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on commercial or residential projects

Strong understanding of construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR preferred

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites

Tech-savvy and familiar with project management software and site documentation tools
