Client Details Our client is a local Bay Area general contractor specializing in ground-up and tenant improvement projects in the healthcare, K-12, commercial, and public works sector. With their main office in Oakland, they are seeking a Superintendent with project experience in healthcare/oshpd construction to join their team long term. Description Key Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent | Healthcare/OSHPD - East Bay Developing on-site plans and procedures for field operations Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subs, supplies and labor materials Creating and updating progress schedules Preparing regular job reports for job meetings o Making sure the job is completed on time and under budget Profile A Successful Construction Superintendent | Healthcare/OSHPD - East Bay +5 years of relevant healthcare construction experience Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
