Construction Superintendent - High Rise

I'm currently seeking a highly experienced General Superintendent to lead the field operations of a 10+ story multifamily development in Miami - Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing multiple superintendents, ensuring project execution aligns with safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for all on-site construction activities
- Supervise and mentor site superintendents, foremen, and field staff
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting, and inspection requirements
- Conduct regular site walks, safety audits, and progress meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for field operations and client interface
- 10+ years of construction experience, with at least
5 years in a General Superintendent or senior supervisory role - Proven experience managing
high-rise multifamily or mixed-use projects (10+ stories) - Strong knowledge of
South Florida construction practices, codes, and permitting processes - Proficiency in construction management software (e.g.,
Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) - Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
