Construction Superintendent

Job Locations: South Florida tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties)

Pay: $115-125k base Plus FWW OT premium for OT hours over 40 in a workweek Plus mileage reimbursement

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description

Superintendent General Responsibilities

• Project Team Communication:
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Executive.
• Copy them on all emails and send reports (Daily Logs, Safety Meetings, etc.) to the Project Team and designated email.

Email Etiquette:

• Use concise language and proper grammar in emails. Avoid all caps and include the project name and location in the subject line.

Job Cost Management:

• Monitor project budgets and seek approval from the Project Manager for any financial decisions, including hiring and purchases.
• Discuss labor needs with the Project Manager before scheduling, and document all labor tickets clearly in the Manpower Log in Procore.

MUST HAVES:

• Strong local Superintendent with hands-on experience working for a GC building super high-end restaurants
• No job hoppers. Longevity with employers is very important to us.
