Job Description

Oversee day-to-day field operations on K-12 school construction projects

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors

Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

Enforce site safety protocols and manage compliance

Communicate progress with project managers and school officials

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Proven experience managing K-12 construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to lead and motivate teams on-site.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

A results-driven approach and attention to detail.
