Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Supervise and evaluate all assigned personnel. Lead the site team throughout the project cycle from beginning to end. Hold preconstruction meetings with the subcontractors prior to each phase of the project. Create baseline production schedule for the project. Review and assist in creating scopes of work for each subcontractor. Administer a Quality Control Plan on site. Review and approve both invoices and requisitions to ensure all payments to vendor are correct. Create and maintain a positive and safe work environment. Ensure contract scope is understood by the entire site management team.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management. 5+ years of Superintendent experience. OSHA certification. Excellent written and oral communication skills with various parties. Proficient with construction software. Ability to lead projects and manage teams of all sizes.
