Job Description
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for MOB and healthcare interior projects
Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations and project requirements
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Interpret construction documents and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest standards
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams on progress and milestones

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience delivering ground-up or interior MOB projects
Deep knowledge of healthcare-specific construction standards and protocols
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple trades on-site
OSHA 30 certification and current first aid/CPR preferred
Tech-savvy with proficiency in construction management platforms
