I'm representing a serial award winning leading construction firm to find multiple Superintendents! They have built high-quality multifamily projects across Dade County for over 50 years and have a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Construction Superintendent
to oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale multifamily projects (Over $100 million), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Maintain project schedules and timelines, proactively addressing delays or issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design or construction challenges.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is a plus.
