Job Description

Supervise all on-site operations for mixed commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure efficient workflows. Monitor project timelines and budgets, proactively addressing any deviations. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any concerns promptly. Resolve on-site issues to maintain smooth project execution. Review and manage project documentation, including schedules and reports.
