Job Description

My client is seeking a Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly with Multi-Family projects in Baltimore, MD: Oversee daily onsite construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, safety standards, and timelines Manage subcontractors, trades, and internal field teams on a fast-paced, MEP-intensive site Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client stakeholders Maintain daily reports, schedule updates, and field logs Support quality control, inspections, and commissioning processes Serve as the on-site leader and point of contact for all construction operations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
