Job Description

Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion
Drive project schedules to ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards
Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure alignment with project goals
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure job site in compliance with OSHA standards
Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and ownership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Inspect work regularly to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and quality standards
Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep the project moving forward
Lead site meetings and create daily reports to track project progress and address concerns

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction, with a strong track record of delivering concrete podium and wrap projects
Extensive knowledge of construction sequencing, safety regulations, building codes, and site logistics
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors effectively
Strong communication skills to collaborate with ownership, project managers, and field staff
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and solve problems on site
Hands-on and proactive with a "lead by example" approach
Resilient and steady under pressure, with the ability to maintain control of fast-paced, high-value projects
Committed to quality and safety, with a reputation for running clean, well-managed job sites
