As a Superintendent with us, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while prioritizing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all on-site construction activities for new commercial projects, ensuring strict adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project management personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the construction process.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders to address concerns promptly and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in new commercial construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of commercial construction practices and processes, including ground-up development.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality standards.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
