Manage onsite construction activities from project start through closeout Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment Conduct daily and weekly project meetings with subcontractors and project teams Monitor work progress and quality, performing inspections as needed Resolve onsite issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation Work closely with Project Managers to track schedules, costs, and changes Ensure all local, state, and federal regulations are met
