Construction Superintendent

We're seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent with deep experience in restaurant builds. You'll lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure every project hits quality, safety, and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to plans and specs
• Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and punch lists
• Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial construction, with a focus on restaurants
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of building codes, restaurant-specific requirements, and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Buildertrend.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with restaurant-specific requirements like kitchen equipment and HVAC.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Los Angeles area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
