Construction Superintendent - Restaurants

We're seeking a hands-on Construction Superintendent with deep experience in restaurant builds. You'll lead on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure every project hits quality, safety, and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to plans and specs
- Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Coordinate trades, deliveries, inspections, and punch lists
- Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in commercial construction, with a focus on restaurants
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes, restaurant-specific requirements, and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore and Buildertrend.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- Experience with restaurant-specific requirements like kitchen equipment and HVAC.
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed, including out-of-state.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of the Los Angeles area.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
