We are hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale restoration projects in Miami-Dade County . Competitive pay, full benefits, and long-term stability await the right candidate. What You'll Do Lead daily on-site operations for high-rise restoration projects. Manage crews, subcontractors, and ensure all work meets quality and safety standards. Oversee project schedules, inspections, and document control . Handle change orders and maintain accurate “As-Built” documentation. Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and project managers. What We're Looking For 2+ years as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale projects. High-rise restoration experience is REQUIRED (concrete, stucco, waterproofing). Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and manage bar-graph schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore and Bluebeam experience a plus.
