Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in general contracting and a proven track record in managing mission-critical projects, preferably data centers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and the ability to manage large crew sizes across various trades.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and tradespeople. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role within the general contracting industry. Proven experience in managing mission-critical projects, with a preference for data center experience. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing large crews across various trades. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
