Construction Superintendent

Job Description

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve on-site issues and maintain accurate documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from ground-up to closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with Procore or similar platforms preferred
