A South East based builder is in search of a Superintendent for their Savannah, GA office. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds in a variety of commercial markets. A qualified candidate must possess the following:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Experience running large projects of at least $20 million Experience in managing a large team Prior experience in healthcare, education, hospitality, mission critical, other large commercial projects Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
