Job Description
Construction Superintendent - Stamford, CT Oversee all on-site activities for ground-up construction projects. Manage subcontractors, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met. Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely material deliveries. Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality control. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders. Problem-solve on-site challenges and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors. Ensure accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant
Construction Superintendent - Stamford, CT Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction in the Building and Construction Industry Proven track record managing projects in Connecticut. No more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands. Hands-on experience with scheduling, subcontractor management, and on-site supervision.
