Details for Construction Superintendent position:

$78,000 / Year
Temp-to-Hire
Full-Time (Occasional Overtime)
Will be provided a truck and gas card
Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for Construction Superintendent:

Role will require a significant amount of paperwork, but the individual will also need to dedicate substantial time to visiting project sites to assess needs and ensure they are being addressed promptly
Travel over the East Tennessee area
Prepare monthly billing for projects (A/R) and manage payables (A/P)
Compile and send material lists for engineer approval
Schedule crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Implement and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Monitor material usage and send billing invoices for payment Track TN one-calls to 811 and ensure timely completion
Ensure proper work-zone protection and traffic control in road right of ways
Collaborate with engineers and interpret blueprints

Qualifications for Construction Superintendent:

Ability to stand for duration of shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
General foreman, superintendent, underground utility construction experience preferred
