What you’ll do: Run the field – manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with zero compromises on safety or quality. Plan the work and work the plan – create and maintain 3-week lookaheads, coordinate sequencing, and ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are in place ahead of schedule. Lead safety from the front – enforce site-specific safety programs, maintain OSHA compliance, and model the right behaviors for every trade on site. Keep it tight – maintain accurate daily logs, RFI tracking, as-builts, and documentation for smooth closeout and audit readiness. Guard quality – enforce plans, specs, and scopes of work; manage punch lists; ensure installations meet contract and code. Be the client’s field partner – build trust and relationships that turn one project into many. Problem-solve in real time – identify risks early, develop solutions, and keep the project moving without compromise.

What we’re looking for: High school diploma required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5–10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction (interiors, base building, renovations, or ground-up). Mastery of construction means, methods, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications (or ability to obtain quickly). Clear communicator who can direct crews, interface with owners, and collaborate with project managers. Physically able to walk and stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform roof work progress inspections from height. Someone who thrives under pressure and leads with urgency, integrity, and professionalism.
