Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located at job sites that are primarily in Wisconsin. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring work is conducted safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay within budget and on time.
Qualifications Skills in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety Strong Organization Skills and Budgeting abilities Proficiency in Project Management Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure Relevant certifications in construction or project management are advantageous Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent is highly preferred
