About the Opportunity: Representing a well-established, $150M commercial General Contractor with deep roots in the Southern Oregon market. This company is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and strong team culture. With a robust pipeline of commercial work across the region, they’re looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their growing team.
Position Overview: This is a full-time, permanent role for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $50M. The ideal candidate will have strong boots-on-the-ground leadership skills and a proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site safety from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field staff Manage short-term schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule Conduct site walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination sessions Maintain detailed daily reports and field documentation through Procore or similar platform Enforce job site safety and OSHA compliance Resolve issues proactively and support smooth project delivery
What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects Experience with ground-up and tenant improvement projects in sectors such as healthcare, retail, or office Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification preferred Ability to read and interpret construction documents and coordinate multiple trades
