Our client is an established Manhattan based Commercial General Contractor.

Job Description

Coordination of Trades - Vast knowledge of all facets of the construction industry trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural, finishes.

Ability to set priorities and work in a demanding and changing work environment

Communications skills - Use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore and Excel

Ensure company safety policies, quality procedures and construction standards are being followed.

The Successful Applicant

10+ Years of experience in the commercial construction space

Must have the 40-hour OSHA Site Safety Manager Training certification

Ensure trade compliance of OSHA rules and regulations, including but not limited to risk assessment, regular inspections of the site, maintaining daily records and maintaining a clean safe work environment
