We're seeking an experiencedLead Superintendentto oversee field operations and ensure successful project delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager. This role is responsible for jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

Responsibilities

Lead field teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and agencies. Manage site logistics, scheduling, inspections, and compliance. Review construction documents and shop drawings for accuracy and constructability. Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve issues promptly. Ensure quality standards through daily oversight of manpower, materials, and temporary works. Develop and manage project sequencing and workflow plans. Enforce safety protocols and proactively address non-compliance. Leverage team expertise to drive project success. Conduct staff meetings and utilize project management software effectively. Stay current with industry knowledge and complete required training.

Qualifications:

8+ years in commercial construction as a Superintendent or similar role. Proven success managing complex projects. Strong knowledge of construction budgets and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software (Procore preferred). OSHA 10/30 certification required.
