Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all activities from mobilization through completion Coordinate trades including pool construction specialists, vertical building crews, site contractors, landscapers, and utilities Maintain close communication with town officials, inspectors, and project stakeholders Ensure adherence to municipal standards, safety requirements, and project specifications Drive schedules and hold subcontractors accountable for milestones and quality Uphold a safety-first culture in a public, high-profile environment
Qualifications 5+ years of superintendent experience—municipal, public works, or community recreation projects preferred Experience in site development and vertical construction coordination Proven track record on complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholder groups Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate crews while maintaining tight schedules and high standards
