The Opportunity: We’re hiring a results-driven Construction Superintendent to oversee the daily execution of our residential construction projects. This role is boots-on-the-ground, managing crews, schedules, quality, safety, and all jobsite logistics. You’ll be accountable for keeping our projects running on time, on spec, and on budget. What You’ll Do: Field Oversight & Execution Coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing with no downtime Supervise labor and enforce daily productivity standards Drive daily and weekly milestones based on the 2-week lookahead schedule Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant jobsites with properly staged materials Monitor tools, equipment, and temp utilities to prevent delays Quality, Safety & Accountability Conduct daily safety observations and enforce PPE compliance Prepare for and pass inspections on the first attempt with completed checklists Monitor rework, enforce trade accountability, and document issues with photo evidence Complete site visit reports with detailed notes and uploads within 8 hours Run daily jobsite walkthroughs, toolbox talks, and QC checklists

What We’re Looking For: 3–7 years of residential construction experience in a superintendent or field manager role Proven ability to manage trades, enforce timelines, and execute site-level accountability Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety practices Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills Able to read plans, manage daily workflows, and adapt to changing priorities Compensation: Total Compensation package between $85,000 and $105,000 Why Join Us?
