Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor progress, handle inspections, and keep accurate daily reports.
  • Lead site meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • A deep understanding of OSHA standards and site safety protocols.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines with professionalism.
