Our client, a well-respected Commercial General Contractor based in Dallas, is looking for a motivated Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. Specializing in ground-up commercial projects across Religious, Medical, Office, and Storage Facility sectors throughout the DFW area, this is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while learning from an experienced leadership team.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily on-site operations for assigned ground-up commercial projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to maintain schedule and quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to Project Managers. Monitor workmanship to meet project specifications and client expectations. Assist in problem-solving and adapt plans to overcome on-site challenges. Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and reports.
What They’re Looking For: Around 5–7 years of experience as a Superintendent (or Assistant Superintendent ready for promotion). Experience on ground-up commercial projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Someone confident in their abilities, but open to learning new processes and approaches. A team player who can adapt to the company’s culture and methods.
